The OnPoint Team is comprised of Laurie Ammann, Brian Janes, and Kathy Santos. Laurie Ammann is a career Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience. Having worked as a salesperson starting in 1986, Laurie moved through the industry as a corporate relocation specialist, a licensed real estate appraiser, and a Real Estate broker/manager now residing in lovely Westport, MA. When Laurie relocated to Westport, she engaged in the community through formation of a woman in business support group, worked at Westport Senior Center, and supported school functions with her three daughters. She is involved with Westport Historic Society house tour, Westport Watershed, Westport Art Group, and supports local farmers. Laurie is heavily invested in the area and enjoys renovating her ca.1740 home at the Head of Westport and socializing with her great neighbors and friends. Brian Janes is a full-time Realtor who thrives on guiding his clients through the process of home buying or selling. Each property and transaction bring a unique set of goals and possibilities. Brian thoroughly enjoys these challenges and works diligently to ensure that each client's needs are met with caring, wisdom, and knowledgeable, innovative advice. His more than 30 years experience in higher education housing, conservation and open space acquisition, as well as residential real estate contribute to a widespread knowledge base that brings value to each client. Since retiring from teaching, Kathy Santos has been in real estate and loving it since 1988. She enjoys all aspects of the business from working with sellers and buyers, to preparing a property for market, to researching, to negotiating, and to working on estate sales. Armed with local knowledge, experience, and integrity, Kathy has the tools to provide as smooth a transaction as possible.
